WHAT IS REDBIRD VINTAGE BOX?

Redbird Vintage Box is a monthly subscription service created by vintage-loving sisters, Sarah and Karen, that delivers authentic vintage clothing and accessories straight to your doorstep! Every Redbird Vintage Box is personally styled just for you making each box completely unique.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

You have the option to pick one of three Redbird Vintage Boxes. Select which box is right for you and you'll be directed to fill out a style survey. Sarah or Karen will reach out to you within 24 hours to ask any follow-up questions they may have. Then, you wait excitedly for your vintage surprises!


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH BOX?

Depending on which Redbird Vintage Box you ordered, it will contain between 2-5 authentic vintage items that can include clothing, jewelry, handbags, and various other accessories/memorabilia.

You are free (and encouraged) to request items from our shop to be included in your box and we will always try our best to accommodate. Our shop encompasses only a small portion of our current inventory and we're purchasing new items daily, so please let us know if you're looking for anything specific.


WHERE DO YOU GET ALL YOUR AMAZING VINTAGE ITEMS?

Our items come primarily from estate sales, second hand shops, flea markets and lot auctions. We are constantly looking for classic items and shop specifically for you until your box ships. We search for items from the 40's-80's. We realize that the 90's are now considered a vintage decade but we aren't quite ready to admit that the decade we grew up in is now "vintage". If you have a hankering for 90's fashion, please include that request in your style profile.


DO YOU HAVE MY SIZE?

We currently service all sizes, although inventory is limited. Everything is authentic vintage, no reproductions, and vintage clothing typically runs small. If we run into any issues fulfilling your order we'll reach out immediately.


ARE MY VINTAGE ITEMS CLEAN?

Yes. Items are either laundered or steam cleaned when we get them. They are checked over for flaws and more often than not need some type of work to get them back to what we consider more than acceptable vintage condition. All items we sell, however, ARE authentic vintage and have been pre-worn & pre-loved and may have a vintage scent, especially items from the 70's and before.


WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE?

We are currently shipping between the 20th-22nd of every month.  The 14th is our cutoff day, so if you order your box after the 14th of a given month it will arrive around the 20th of the next month.  If you're ordering the box as a gift or just need it right away, please reach out to us so we can accommodate you.


CAN I SEND A BOX AS A GIFT?

Absolutely! Know someone who loves vintage as much as you? We will provide the same personalization to your gift as we do for subscriptions.  Choose which box you would like to send (make sure to mark it's a gift!), let us know who the box is for and their vintage style. We will reach out within 24 hours with any follow up questions. You'll win the prize for "Best Gift" with a Redbird Vintage Box!


WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

For your first box you will be billed right away. After that will be automatically billed monthly on the 15th of every month. Should you choose to not continue your subscription (we will be so incredibly sad to see you go!), please cancel BEFORE the 15th of the month.


CAN I RETURN MY BOX?

Due to the uniqueness of our items, returns are not offered at this time. However, customer service is a top priority for us and if you are in any way unsatisfied with your box please reach out to us and we'll find a way to make it right. We are confident in our ability to pick items that you'll absolutely love. Please contact us at info@redbirdvintagebox.com if you are not 100% happy with your box!


AM I ABLE TO CANCEL?

Yes but we will miss you terribly. Cancel your subscription BEFORE the 15th of month or you will be automatically billed. You may also choose to skip a month (or more if needed) if you do not want to cancel.


We are confident in our ability to choose timeless, beautiful items that you'll be extremely happy with.
